James Michael Storie

James Michael Storie, of Lebanon Tennessee passed away on June 27 th , 2026, at the age of 64. Formerly from Marathon NY. Jim was born on November 27 th , 1961, in Gouverneur, NY. He graduated from Marathon Central School in 1981.

Jim is survived by: His father John Storie of Virgil NY, mother Josephine Coville of Bushnell, FL. His children James (Ashlen) Storie of Long Beach, Mississippi. Jamie “Baby Girl” Storie (Bob Paro) of Appalachian NY. Betsy (Jerry) Faucett of Denham Springs, Louisiana. His grandchildren Mia Storie, Julian Storie, Layla Storie and Jack Storie. His brothers Alan (Bob) (Lisa) Storie of Marathon NY, David Storie of Cortland NY, John (Eileen) Storie of Marathon NY, Mark (Kathy) Coville of Oak Hill, West Virginia, Jerry (Shelly) Hence of Cincinnatus NY, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jim was pre-deceased by his brother Rick Storie, daughter Tabitha Storie and son James Tyler Storie.

His passion was being a musician and playing his Bass Guitar. After relocating to Tennessee, he had opportunities to meet Nashville stars and his buddy Steve Coffey.
