Barbara Ann Moore Marshall of Franklin, KY, born Oct 6th, 1958, passed away May 23rd, 2025.

She is survived by her son, William Shane Redman, and grandson William Talon Redman. Several extended family that called her Mom, Gigi, Aunt Barbara, and Best Friend. 4 Brothers – Richard (Linda) Cooper of Anna, Ky, William Ronnie (Delyn) Moore of Franklin, KY, Robert Lee (Dean) Moore of Pleasantview, TN, Terry Michael Moore Bowling Green, KY. Several generations of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William Bailey and Venia Etta Moore, and one sister, Patsy Lou Cooper Gass, as well as one nephew, Korbin Wesley Scruggs.

Barbara Ann, being full of love and compassion, showed it to anyone she met. She loved her years of driving the Semi truck, She was H2H and Twisted. She loved the outdoors and motorcycles.

She had love for fur babies that no one would understand. Her friends became family, one could say to know her was to love her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 14, at 12 pm, at State Line General Baptist Church, 1740 Rapids Rd.
Portland Tn. The family asks if you have pictures, bring them to share; if you have stories, tell them.

  1. I met you when I was 11 years old and you were the most beautiful girl I’d ever seen, I thought you hung the moon. You saved me more than once and you were ready to fight for me to be safe. You were my confidant when I was going through some really tough times in the 80’s. I will cherish our memories I will always remember you and your contagious laughter, your beautiful smile you were such a bright light, a free spirit who loved fiercely.     • I met you and I was 13. I remember you showing me that paddle with everyone’s name on it who got spanked by it scared me. But over the years I learned how loving and compassionate you were and I grow to love you and I will miss you rest easy my friend

  9. My Friend, You being gone still does not seem real to me. I am forever gonna miss you an for 46 yrs plus you had taught me an been there for me as well as godmother to my twins. There’s probably not a role or lesson or memory an a moment in our time that wont ever be forgotten an cherished. We had some of the best an wildest an serious times that any true friends as close as we have been , over years will ever have. I’m going to miss your story’s and laughter. And your sweet sweet puppy! That boy always ran straight out the truck to me anytime you brought him by.
