James Edward Pierce, III. (Jimbo)

March 20, 1989 – June 28, 2025.

James (Jimbo) was born March 20, 1989, in Jackson, Tennessee.  The son of Debora Wilson Pierce Dirmeyer (Bruce McKern) of Bolivar, Tennessee and James Edward (Jimmy) Pierce of Middleton, Tennessee.  Jimbo departed this life on June 28, 2025, at 36 years old.

He is survived by his grandparents, Barney and Lisa Wilson of Somerville, Tennessee.  He is also survived by his sister, Teresa Pierce Conway (Phillip) of Middleton, Tennessee and his girlfriend; Dianne Phillips, Addison and Allison Allen, Gayla Lenhart; his step-mother, Patty Pierce, step-brothers, Michael Wing, Timmy Wing; Step-sister, Jennifer Cox; niece Stormie Vickers (Cardarius Hill); nephews, Andrew (AJ) Vickers, James (JT) Pierce (Madison Richason). Michael (MJ) Benard; great-nephews, Tate Ridge, Ashton Lee Vickers, Caydence Vickers.

Jimbo was preceded in death by grandparents; Tony and Stella Pierce, Jane Carolyn Hulsey Wilson; great grandparents, Warren and Mary Pierce, Buster and Thelma Hardin Wilson, Jack and Leora Tucker Hulsey, Malcome and Hazel Hanna Crowly Watkins, Todd Pierce, Gloria (Sissy) Avent, Troy (Butterfingers) Wilson.

Though gone but not forgotten, his spirit will continue to inspire those who knew him every day.
