Kenneth Mark Treftz

Kenneth Mark Treftz was born on April 21, 1949 to Samuel and Rose Treftz. He passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, having completed his earthly journey and entered into eternal rest.

Kenneth was a loving father, grandfather, and great‑grandfather whose life was rooted in faith, humility, and unwavering devotion to God. A loyal and faithful servant of his church, he lived his beliefs daily—through quiet prayer, acts of kindness, and steadfast service. His faith was not merely something he professed, but something he embodied, offering a steady example of trust in the Lord to all who knew him.

Family was a profound blessing in Kenneth’s life. He is survived by his siblings, his son and daughter-in-law, his grandchildren, and his great‑grandchildren, each of whom brought him tremendous joy and purpose. He cherished his family deeply and sought to pass on to them the values shaped by his faith and lived by example.

Kenneth’s life stands as a testimony to faithfulness, perseverance, and grace. Though he will be deeply missed, those who loved him take comfort in the promise that he now rests in the peace of the Lord he served so faithfully.

A memorial service will be held on April 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ignatius of Antioch Church, 601 Bell Road, Antioch, TN 37013. Family and friends will gather to give thanks for Kenneth’s life and to celebrate the enduring hope of eternal life through faith.
