Noel was born on the last day of August in Rock Springs Wyoming to Tonya Zimmerman and Noel Wilkin Sr. Growing up, you could always find Noel outside on a skateboard, he loved being outdoors. Noel was the kind of person that would bring people together, he was funny and never met a stranger. Loyalty was important to him, if you were with him, you were not going without. He had a larger-than-life personality. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, father and friend. He loved his family with everything he had.

Noel is preceded in death by his grandmother Melanie Sims and Sue Zimmerman, his Grandfather Kenneth Zimmerman and his great uncle Les Palmer.

Noel is survived by his mother, Tonya Zimmerman, Dad, Todd Zimmerman, his siblings, Ashleigh Wilkin, Peyton Zimmerman, Kiersten Dugger, Tyler Zimmerman and Courtney Zimmerman, his 4 children, Jaxson Wilkin, Roman Ammen, Kingston Hardin and Lilliona Wilkin, the mother of his children Amy Hardin. Noel also leaves behind 4 nieces and 5 nephews who loved him dearly.

May he rest peacefully and without worry. A celebration of life will be held for him on March 28th, 2026.
