Bettina “Tina” Scott- Age 79, of Franklin, passed from this life on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Williamson Medical Center, after a brief illness.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Flunoy and Mary Pearce; and her sister, Joan Garrett.

Mrs. Bettina is survived by her husband of 59 years, Eddie Scott; son, Randy (Gaye) Scott; and her grand dog, Sadie Belle; her brother, Reverend Bob (Faye) Pearce; and her cousin, Velma Jean (Butch) Atwood; a host of extended family members and friends.

Bettina was a 1963 graduate of Bellevue High School. She enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved to spend her time at the beaches in Florida. Bettina was a wonderful cook and looked forward to the holidays so she could cook and spend time with her family.

Visitation with the family Scott family will be on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 9AM until 11AM. The funeral will follow at 11AM, all at West Meade Fellowship located at 277 Old Hickory Blvd, with her brother, Bob Pearce officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the National Kidney Foundation.

    Losing a spouse is so difficult. Tina was a special lady. I remember all the good times we had when we worked together at Nashville Orthopaedic Clinic. I pray God will bless you with beautiful memories and His love as you move through this time and into the future.
