Betty Marie Seiber, better known as “Aunt Betty” to her friends and family, age 73, of White Bluff, TN. Betty was born on December 8, 1952, in Nashville, TN, and she passed away on January 24, 2026, after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis.

She spent the majority of her life in West Nashville being everyone’s Aunt Betty. She was the life of every party. She enjoyed time with her family, dancing, shopping, going camping, vacations to the beach, and a good cold margarita.

Betty is preceded in death by her mother, Nellie Ventress; her husband, Jimmy Seiber; and her son, Jamie Anderson. She is survived by her daughter, Pattie Pruett; and special bond for 2 nieces that she raised, Kathy (Jimmy) Tefteller, and Jessica Williams; 9 grandchildren, Charles (Brandy) Pruett, Amanda Pruett (Gary), Codee Pruett, Aleigha Pruett (James), Chloe Pruett, Amber Capps (Corey), Jamie Lloyd (Courtney), Taylor (Tanner) Newton, and Jordan Garcia; 16 great grandchildren, Carson, Corbin, Bristol, Paisley, Gabriel, Amayah, Acyelen, Devinchi, Rori, Easton, Haven, Teagan, Tilly, Tucker, Tatum, and Jameson; as well as a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Betty will be remembered for her warm heart and caring for others. Her legacy will live on in the memories shared by her family. She will be deeply missed.

The funeral to honor and celebrate her life will be on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 1:00pm, at Western Hills Church, located at 7565 Charlotte Pike. The burial will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday from 9:00am until the service time at 1:00pm, all at Western Hills Church.

  5. How do I even begin to say how much Betty means to me, she is not only my cousin but my friend. I shut my eyes and our lives rush in , and I think Tough Times, 71 years of being with her. Then tonight I realized how lucky I was to have her in my whole life, that I am going to miss so damn bad. It was a party Betty , and when you dance through my mind this week I hear you say it’s ok Carol I’m fine and some how I see that smile, Lord Betty I am going to miss you save me that seat next to you we will stay close with our beloved family that left before us , until then you will live on in my heart. I won’t ever forget you Betty I love you.
