Candice Morgan Wilson - Age 28, passed from this life on January 26, 2023. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Shirley LouAnn Ragsdale; father, Woodrow Earl Wilson, III.; mother, Leraine McCutcheon. She is survived by her brother, Dallas Wilson; aunt, Jessica (Adam) Owens; her children, Jaime and Raylynn Owens and Dustin Hardy. Morgan was a Cheatham County girl. She grew up on Pond Creek and Maplewood Dr surrounded by her friends and family. She graduated from Cheatham County Central High School in 2013. She loved life, and she loved people. She never met a stranger. She was very street smart and wise beyond her years. Morgan was creative and was always looking for treasure. She saw beauty in what others considered trash. She loved repurposing things. One of her favorite things to do was make wonderful smelling candles to give as Christmas presents. She was very creative with fashion, creating outfits that many would not have thought to pair together. With Morgan’s special touch though, they always somehow worked. She enjoyed cooking and loved preparing her nanny’s recipes. She loved music and felt lyrics deep within her soul. Morgan loved her family and her children. She brought three beautiful children into the world. She was a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, mother, cousin, and friend. Morgan also loved the Lord. She was baptized into the church and found comfort in her faith. Morgan is so loved by her friends and family. The world is a little darker without her here, and she is dearly and greatly missed. A Celebration of her life will be held on Monday, March 13,2023, at 4PM, at Western Hills Church, 7565 Charlotte Pike, with Dave Estes officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Monday from 2PM until the service time at 4PM, all at Western Hills Church.
