Carman Collom Stephenson

Carman Collom Stephenson – Age 62, of Carthage, TN, passed away on April 4, 2023, after a short illness. Carman was born on January 29, 1961, to Orin Nelson Collom and Nanette (Hart) Collom in Winn, Arkansas. Carman graduated from Mt. Juliet High School in 1979. She is survived by 3 children, Lee Stephenson (Hannah), Robbie Cameron (Joseph), and Rodger Stephenson (Ashley) and six grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters, Deborah Collom Sullivan (Justin), Sandra Collom, and Evelyn Collom Dixon (Rob) and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Orin Collom; mother, Nannette Houston, and her grandson, Clayton Stephenson. A private family gathering was held in celebration of her life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Wounded Warrior Project to honor her son’s lifelong military career.
