Daniel "Dan" Wade Jones

Daniel “Dan” Wade Jones -Age 38, passed away Dec 27, 2023, in Nashville, TN. He was born on April 12, 1985, in Attleboro, MA.

Dan grew up in Enola, PA. Played many years with Hampden Youth Baseball. He was a 2003 graduate of Cumberland Valley HS. A talented drummer in CVHS music program, with 4 years in Jazz Band, and 4+ years in annual Musical Pit Orchestra. Dan performed with numerous bands including The Commercials, and Darry Miller and the Veil. Dan graduated from Musicians Institute in Los Angeles in 2008. He was employed in the music industry for many years including Dale’s Drum Shop in Harrisburg, and most recently with Musicians Friend in Nashville.

Dan is survived by his parents Dave and Lorre Jones, of Murrells Inlet, SC; and sister Lindsey Jones, of Owings Mills, MD; aunts, uncles, and cousins. Also, many great friends in Harrrisburg, PA and Nashville, TN.

A Remembrance Gathering for Dan will be held Friday, January 19, 2024, at Vibrant Church at 1775 Lamps Gap Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA. Light refreshments will be available.
