As a young blonde hair, blue eyed little boy he touched the hearts of many. David grew up in Nashville and enjoyed the quiet of Scottsboro and Ashland City area in his later years. David accepted our Lord Jesus in his heart and often called his sister Shirley to study the Bible and come closer to the Lord. He and his sister Pat shared many mornings together reminiscing about life and discussing religion over a good meal. Some of his cherished memories were riding in his jeep with friends and family, fishing and hunting with his Dad, brother and various family members and getting together with everyone to enjoy his mother and sisters wonderful cooking. David served in the United States marine Corps stationed on Okinawa Island, Japan. He often talked about how beautiful the Island was and would love to go again. He proudly wore his two Marine caps. David was a dedicated employee and worked most of his life for Ken Binkley Sign Co. He loved his family greatly and many friends along his way. He was a tender soul with a compassionate heart for all he met. There was nothing David wouldn’t do for anyone. A Graveside service will be conducted on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at 1PM, at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (1150 Dickerson Road) officiated by Shane Hessey.
