Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I don’t have any memory of Donna not being there for any Henley Family gathering. She has always been there for family and I have always admired her generosity ( she always made huge amounts of everything, determined there would be enough). She was so loving and supportive of everyone, especially her precious Blakely! She told me several times she had a mean side, and I would always say I didn’t believe it! She was so strong, faithful and loving, always doing for others. I am grateful for her example of what family should be to me. My heart hurts to think of family reunions without you, dear cousin! With much love, Joan

  2. It’s very hard to share just one memory of Donna. There are so many times that she has been there for everyone in the family. She always had a smile and a “How are you feeling” for you even after she was diagnosed with cancer, she was more concerned about other people than herself. She was one of the most loving and caring people you would ever meet. We love you, Donna and we will miss you.

  3. Prayers for the family I grew up next door to Mr & Mrs Goodman. I remember going to her wedding I was a young girl we’d be out playing she’d come to visit her mom always take time to talk to us great woman. Shannon Mosley French

  4. We are so very sorry to hear of Donna’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family in this difficult time. Chris and Jenna Perry

  5. It was a joy to work with Donna. I’ll never forget her warm presence, beautiful smile, passion for education, and love for her family. May the memories you share get you through this difficult time. Sherlita Denton

  6. I will always remember our camping trips and how much fun we had! But a crazy little thing is that she taught me how to cook french fries in the oven. I have thought of that so many times through the years! Donna was such a special person! I’m so sorry for your loss! May God bless you all with the peace and comfort of knowing she is well again and in her heavenly home.

  7. Donna was a lovely person. She always had a smile for everyone. I enjoyed getting to know her when we were classmates. She will be missed by many friends and family. My thoughts and prayers to Roger and the family. May she be at peace.

  8. Those we have held in our arms for a little while, we hold in our hearts forever. You are in our thoughts and prayers. With love and friendship. Marsha Hampton
