Irene Regina Haude (59) was born in New York City, NY on March 19, 1964, to loving parents of Juergen and Ursula Haude. Though she was born in the U.S., she grew up in Cologne, Germany. Her childhood was spent with family trips which “instilled in her an inquisitive mind and a lifelong love of travel.” Graduating with a Doctor of Law from Case Western, she moved to TN in 1986 and made it home. As an experienced lawyer and mediator, she helped countless clients, friends, family, and even strangers. Known to put others first, she was always there to “do the right thing because it is the right thing to do.”
She is survived by her children Timothy (Oksana) Abbott, Caroline (Aaron) Brewington, and Stephen (Shannon) Abbott; grandchildren Emerene, Evelen, and Elene Brewington; and adopted brother Ronnie Singleton.
“Her earthly journey ended” on November 28, 2023. She will forever be missed, but never forgotten. Let her love spread through us, to better the lives of those around us. A celebration of life will be on January 20, 2024, at First Baptist Church Joelton from 10 am to 4 pm. So sorry for y’all loss .
So sad for your loss. Love you all so much.
Irene was a great attorney. She cared about her clients and she helped so many people with their problems. I enjoyed seeing Irene in the halls of the courthouse or in the courtroom. She always smiled and greeted me pleasantly. She allowed her light to shine and she made us feel better.
I also remember how devoted she was to her mother. I had the pleasure of meeting her mother at a mediation at my office one day and I could immediately see the kindness and love they shared.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Haude family.
Sincerely, Richard Hedgepath.
I don’t know what to say… I’m so broken hearted to hear this. She is an amazing, incredible, empathetic, thoughtful and precious soul. I’m very lucky and grateful to have had her in my life. She was the type of person that never clocked out of work. She was the most caring woman and my family and I love her so. My condolences to her family i know only a fraction of your alls lose and im so incredibly sorry… if there is anything my family and I can do please don’t hesitate to ask
I am terribly sadden. She was not only a client but a good friend. My condolences go out to her family and I regret I will be out of the country for her celebration of life. I am here to help with anything needed
I am deeply sorry for your loss. She advised me on family matters I had years ago. I never forgot her kindness and thoughtfulness when we talked. I always prayed for her. She will be sorely missed. God keep the Haude family in his care.
