Prayers for the family
I first met Jim in 1963. We played football together in the 4 years we were at Dowling. He had a great sense of humor and was well liked by everyone. After High School we connected again in 1971 as we both worked for the CNW Railroad. I remember renting a house boat on the Mississippi River with 3 other couples. Not knowing how to get in and out of the lock and dams made it a very interesting 3 day adventure. His humor carried us through though. After that he moved away and the only times we’d see each other were at our reunions. The last being our 50 year reunion. But he’d never changed since the first day I met him in 1963. He was a great guy and he’ll never be forgotten.
