James Roger Dale

James Roger Dale, Sr. – 9/25/1949 – 10/13/2022 Roger Dale Age of 73, of Nashville, passed from this life on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at his residence in Madison, TN. He was born on September 25, 1949, in Nashville, TN, to the late James Pierce Dale and Marguerete Virginia Poteet Dale. He graduated from David Lipscomb College in 1971 and was co-owner of Dale and Dillehay Insurance Agency in Madison, TN for 48 years. Roger is survived by his loving wife Trisha of 28 years; one son, James Roger Dale, Jr., and one daughter, Melanie Amber Bledsoe (Jon); one sister, Sandra Reavis (Billy); two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A Celebration of Roger’s life will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 11:30AM, at the Pennington Fellowship Church, (2745 Pennington Bend Road) with Hubert Cunningham officiating. Interment will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Madison. Pallbearers will be John Tune, Jon Bledsoe, Fred Bush, Christopher Beck, Brandon Cain, and Geoffery Dodson. Honorary pallbearers will be Jamie Dale, Doug Hood, and Douglas Hood. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Liver Cancer Foundation. Visitation with the Dale family will be on Wednesday from 10:00AM until the service time at 11:30AM, all at Pennington Fellowship Church.
