Larry Steven Pelham
September 2, 1951 ~ April 1, 2023
Larry Steven Pelham, lovingly known as Steve or Stevie, passed away at his home on April 1, 2023, in Sun City, Florida. He was a lifelong resident of Nashville, TN from his birth on September 2, 1951, until his move to Florida in 2022. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Linda, daughters Tanya Yeager (Scott) and Stephanie Mucerino (Frank), and grandchildren Stephen Sloan, Jordan Roach, Chloe Yeager, Max Yeager, Aidan Pelham, Jackson Mucerino, and Luna Mucerino, as well as other family and beloved friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Palmer and Louise Pelham, his brother John Pelham, and godmother Dorothy Jamison. Steve was a jack of all trades and could do anything from crafting clocks in his woodwork shop in the garage to rebuilding a small engine, especially on his beloved Gravely mowers. He was an entrepreneur in its purest sense, owning a car detail shop, Bordeaux Muffler Shop, Belshire Pizza as well as several other small businesses in the north Nashville area. He always wanted to lend a helping hand to whomever he could and ended conversations with “call if you need anything”, which he meant wholeheartedly. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 2PM until 3PM. A celebration of life service will follow at 3PM, both at Western Hills Church with Dr. Kathy Britt officiating. Arrangements in the care of Compassion Funeral & Cremation Services, 6949 Charlotte Pike, Suite 104 (615) 857-9955. We proudly remain locally owned & operated.
