Orville Jay McKee

Orville Jay McKee went to be with his Savior on August 14, 2026 while on the road near Nashville, TN.  Just 6 short days after his 58th birthday.

Orville was born August 8, 1968 to proud parents, James David McKee and Mary Carolyn Hitt.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, James and Mary.

Orville is survived by his wife, Angela McKee of Waxahachie, TX, his children Jessica Smith (Jacob) of Palmer, TX, Aaron Newsome of Waxahachie, Nathan Smith of Washington, Bethany and Dustin McKee of Irving.  He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; Everly, Nolan and Jeff Smith, Reid and Gage Newsome and Ezekiel Hurndon; 2 sisters, Lori Schroff and Renea Murley and brother, Jimmy Dale Hitt.  He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and other family members and friends who loved him dearly.

The family will be having a celebration of life at a later date.
