Patrick Dorand Kelley was born on November 1st, 1968 and suddenly departed this world due to a heart attack on October 15th, 2024. Patrick was born to Percy and Frances Kelley, and was the youngest of four children: Percy Jr. Kelley, Phillip Kelley, and Jennifer Petty. Proceeded in death by his mother, father, and all 3 of his siblings.
Patrick found the love of his life, De’Anna Anderson, at an early age, and shared 38 years, 2 daughters, and 3 grandchildren with her. Patrick enjoyed making De’Anna laugh (and at times, driving her crazy). De’Anna was always a sucker for Patrick’s piercing blue eyes. His daughters, Justice Nicole Anderson (Chris Callis), and Doranda Jade Hegger (Nathan Hegger) will miss his humor, love, and guidance everyday. Patrick’s grandchildren, Trinity Jade Anderson, Noah Dorand Hegger, and Jackson Lee Hegger will miss all of the adventures and time spent with their “Oppy.”
Despite the many loses in his life, Patrick loved life, loved people, and loved laughing and making others laugh. Patrick was the most hard working man to all those around him. He served as a supervisor at Contract Properties for over 20 years, where he found his second home. There was nothing he could not do, nothing he could not fix. He enjoyed working on and driving his vintage Corvette and Camaro.
Patrick had several brothers in life, including: Ben Pounders, Steve Reed, John Sullivan, Tony Petty, Marty Martin, Steve Bass, Chuck Mackey, Todd Harrison, Hershel Luna and Charlie Faught. The loss of Patrick Dorand Kelley has been greatly felt by all those who’ve known and loved him. His laughter, compassion for others, and old soul will be dearly missed.
Patrick always did everything his way, and will forever be remembered for being the underdogs champion that he was.

Gone by will never be forgotten!
Patrick you take all the great memories of the times, hours, days, and minutes we shared together with you brother; I will continue to cherish the memories I have and I will never forget you. I pledge my faith and commitment to De’Anna, Nicole, Doranda and all of your family and I will always be there for them any way I can. I am so grateful to have just spoken to you a couple weeks ago when I called you. We caught up on things and when we were done I told you I Love You brother and you said the same. We never said that without truly meaning it and I hope for you to rest in peace knowing you were one of the greatest husbands, Fathers, and friends I’ve ever known and had the honor to be friends with for over 45 years. Much love and respect to you man.
