  5. To the toughest navy great uncle I know. You fought long and hard. You had such a sweet soul and I’ll miss our random monthly calls. R.I.P. ❤️❤️

  6. Dear Uncle Richie, I have so many fond memories of my time in Tennessee and your visits to NY. Me, Lisa, and Nanny had such a great time with you…even with all of those life lessons and rules you gave us. I am so sorry to hear you had passed but I know you are with Jesus, and out of pain. Thank you for the memories. You will be missed. đź’ś

  9. To the Perez family, your Uncle was a kind and gentle spirit in our neighborhood. He always asked after my parents, offering a watchful eye and a helping hand. Mr. Perez loved his dogs, who always were well behaved and protective. Please accept the Palmer family condolences.
