Shalanna "RuRu" Clouse
August 9, 2023 ~ August 9, 2023
Shalanna “RuRu” Clouse- Age 49, of Nashville, passed away unexpectedly while vacationing in Detroit, Michigan on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. She is preceded in death by her mother, Laurie Clouse; her Granny Frances and her Little Granny. Shalanna is survived by her daughter and best friend, Chelsea Clouse; grand dog, “Pepper”; her father, Johnny Clouse; her brother, Jonathan (Victoria) Clouse; sister, Jennifer (Brad) Weatherby, along with her god children, Rheale and Moogie; aunt, Kimberly Anderson; cousins, Joe Anderson, and her children, Aleah (Cory) Anderson and Trey (Nicola) Anderson and his children, Kiser and Kat Anderson; and a host of family members who dearly loved her. One of Shalanna’s biggest joys in life was being “RuRu” to all of the children. A few of her most favorite places were the beach and Jennifer’s house. She loved butterflies. Shalanna was a big movie buff, with Fast & Furious being her all-time favorite. She loved to cut up and was a big jokester; she loved to put a smile on your face. As it has already been expressed, Shalanna was more than a mother to Chelsea, they shared a bond that cannot even be described, and Chelsea has lost her best friend. Although she was faced with some health issues, she made the best of it and was able to live her best life before her untimely passing. A Celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2023, beginning at 2PM, at Jennifer’s home in West Nashville, located at 6305 Robertson Road. Attendees are asked to bring your favorite potluck dish, swimsuit, and your favorite stories and memories of Shalanna for a time of fellowship and healing.
