Taylor Lynne Dockins, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away {in Nashville} at the tender age of 25 on June 2, 2024, with complications from Radiation/Chemo treatments as she had battled Cancer for 8 years.

Taylor was born in Riverside, California on January 4, 1999, to her loving Parents, Rick and Debi Dockins. She lived her whole life in Corona, CA until most recently moving to Tennessee in January.

A Graduate of Norco High School, Norco CA. Taylor shined as a starting Pitcher for the Varsity softball team as a freshman. Throughout her 4-year career, Taylor became the winningest CIF Southern Section Div 1 pitcher with 108 wins. Taylor was the 2017 PGF ALL AMERICAN, 2017 CA STATE GATORADE PLAYER, 2017 NATIONAL GATORADE PLAYER OF THE YEAR as well 2017 ALL-USA HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER OF THE YEAR. As Taylor shined on the softball field, she was a 3.5 GPA scholar athlete graduating with honors.

Cal State Fullerton was the perfect fit for Taylor as she committed as a freshman. She earned a full-ride scholarship for four years and threw the 57th NO HITTER FOR THE Lady Titans. Throughout her challenges, Taylor Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Communication-Journalism Concentration August 4, 2023.

Taylor’s profound Faith was unmatched, her Faith in the power of the human spirit, her Faith in GOD. The Softball world gave Taylor the platform to share JESUS and to encourage others to come to CHRIST.
