Thomas E. Johnson DOB: 12-1-1962 – DOD: 4-16-2022 Thomas Edwin Johnson, 59, of Kingston Springs, Tennessee passed away on April 16, 2022, surrounded by his family. Tom is survived in death by his parents Charles H. and Shirley A. Johnson, brother Charles (Chuck) Johnson, sister Sandra (Sandy) Dalton, children Lindsey (Johnson) White, Laura Johnson, and Thomas (Drew) Johnson. Thomas is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Gertrude Elizabeth Guthrie, and grandfather, William Wade Johnson and his maternal grandmother, Ralthie Hughola Saunders, and grandfather, Jesse Abner Jones. Tom was a devoted father, brother, and son and an avid sports and weather enthusiast. He enjoyed the outdoors, reading, wildlife, and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. There will be a graveside visitation and burial for all that wish to honor him at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens located at 9090 Highway 100 Nashville, TN 37221 on Tuesday, April 19th from 12:15PM until 1:00PM. Many years ago,Tom,Phillip & myself played lots of golf together @ Greystone Golf Club.We created a game called “Bingles”.We would bet quarters on every shot.We even made rules & bylaws to play by.We called ourselves the “Bingle Buddies “Those were some good times!!My condolences go out to the family,especially Lindsey,Laura & Drew who I watched grow up.
