Tiffany P. Spitzer

Tiffany P. Spitzer- Age 54, of Nashville, entered into eternal rest on the evening of Thursday, September 10, 2026, at St. Thomas West Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her father, John Parker.

Tiffany is survived by her husband of 30 years, Thom Spitzer; her two daughters, Ella Spitzer and Madison Spitzer; her precious granddaughter, Zaria Kathleen; her mother, Patti Parker, of Nashville, and her brother, Joshua Parker, of Portland, OR; and a host of extended family members and friends.

Tiffany was born on August 14, 1972, in Dallas, Texas. From an early age, she was a talented and skilled diver and gymnast, always bringing determination, strength, and dedication to everything she did.

She was passionate about her family and cherished the holidays, especially Halloween. She was a dedicated and hardworking woman who loved animals and had a heart for helping others. Whenever family, friends, or neighbors were in need, Tiffany was often the first person to step forward and lend a helping hand.

Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for those around her touched many lives. Tiffany will always be remembered for the joy she brought to her family, her love of animals and holidays, and the caring spirit she shared so freely with others. She leaves behind cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A private service is being planned for Saturday, October 3^rd. The family has requested in lieu of flowers; memorial contributions be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.
