An imposing figure on Sycamore Avenue, I recall him chasing after a car and throwing a broom like javelin. Loved it when Bill would stroll on by for something he smelled cooking way across the street and he would sit and visit with us for hours. Special Saturday morning waffles and peaches piled high, Bill sure knew how to make us little girls giggle. To one little Rebekah, he will always be known as full of beans Bill.
